If you use the Election Edge mobile app to capture results or run canvassing, your campaign or observer organization is your first point of contact. The coordinator who invited you can re-send your invitation, reassign your stations, or restore access if you are signed out.

• Cannot sign in? Ask your coordinator to re-send your invitation.
• Captured a result with no signal? It is saved on your device and syncs automatically once you are back online.
• Wrong station or role? Your coordinator can update your assignment.

Workspace owners and administrators manage members, stations, billing, and settings from the web console. For account, billing, or technical issues your team cannot resolve, contact us directly.
